It's a little weird

I have a friend from school who is in the hospital tonight. She's 28 and they think she had a mild stroke. She's heavily sedated and is using a breathing tube for now. Don't know how this will turn out for her...It's a little weird this close to home. Pray for Amy.

Gosh, it is weird. We should go visit her later when she starts recovering.

Amy is stable and the neurologist is expecting a full recovery, but they really don't want visitors at this time. They think Amy will be in the ICU maybe through the weekend.

She will probably be in a rehab place for a while before she can go home. Her parents are coming in to town and as of now have a place to stay.

That's the only update I've had before last weekend...
